AdsRole CRM terms of service

AdsRole CRM is an internal tool for AdsRole staff. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Who may use it

Only people on the company roster, signing in with an approved company Google account. Access ends when you leave the company or an administrator disables your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the CRM only for AdsRole work: leads, clients, projects and related communication.
• Keep client and lead information confidential; do not export or share it outside the company without permission.
• Do not try to access records or settings beyond your role, or interfere with the service.

Your Google account

When you connect Gmail, Calendar or Drive, the CRM acts on your behalf only for the features described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time.

Service

The CRM is provided as is for internal use. AdsRole may change, suspend or end it, and update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
